How Does this Work?
BuyDigitalMovie.com is an online retailer of digital content, specifically Movies and TV shows. Our products sold are individual license keys (i.e. Digital Codes) that redeem the Movie / TV show you purchase. The codes redeem directly in iTunes, Vudu etc, and add them to your existing library on that platform. It is a similar process to purchasing direct from other online retailers, or redeeming a digital code included with a DVD / BluRay from a brick and mortar retail store.
When do I receive the Code?
All orders are automatically filled and delivered Instantly. Orders are delivered to your email address provided at time of order. You will receive two emails: The first confirms your order and payment details, followed by a second email with your ordered items. This process typically takes only a few seconds. If you have not received your order within 1 hour, please contact us via LIVE CHAT or the "Contact Us" page.
Sounds great! How do you accept payment?
PayPal processes our transactions, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT! If you do not have a PayPal account, select "PayPal" at Checkout. Then at the PayPal login screen, click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" beneath the login area. This is a "Guest Checkout", and allows anyone with a major credit card to check out.
Well my next question was going to be "Will my info be safe?", but if PayPal is processing payments, that is pretty secure right?
Fair enough. Do you need my real email address? Can I use a fake one so I don't get Spam?
Well, if you want the codes you paid for, we need a real email address to send them to! No one hates spam more than we do. You will never receive any unsolicited mail from any 3rd party, long lost family member, or Nigerian Prince because of us, and that's a promise. We may occasionally (once a month-ish) send out a promotional offer, but you can unsubscribe any time. We have never had that happen though, because you're cool, we're cool, and cool people hang out.

Help is Here. Seriously (and we mean this) we're here for YOU. If you have questions, concerns, or just want to talk movies, hit us up any time. There is a "Contact Us" form for non-urgent requests, and Live Chat available for instant contact 9-5pm EST, the rest of the time someone is usually available within a few minutes!
Nice! What about a Return Policy? If I change my mind can I have a refund?
Unfortunately because the products are digital, there are no refunds - all sales are final. But the most important thing is to reach out and contact us with any issue. If we can work with you to find a solution, we will!
Seems reasonable to me. Let me see what you've got in stock... I noticed some titles were "Sold Out". Are you getting any more?
YES, we are always restocking. To be alerted instantly when something is back in stock, go to the Product page of the item you are interested in. On the right side is a blue "Email Me When Available" button. You know what to do from here ;)

You should be asking when we get in new titles. EVERY TUESDAY we stock the latest NEW RELEASES. If there is something you want but don't see, click the "REQUEST" button at the top of the page. We can't get everything, but we sure will try. Also keep an eye out for PRE-ORDERS for hot titles. Typically they are priced a little lower than when they eventually release, and are sent out on Release day (usually before 7pm, just in time for Movie Night!)
